She has led the successful implementation of change initiatives in North America and Europe. She has experienced every aspect of Managerial Design's expertise. She has helped leaders create more effective organizations. She has done it all! Now she has the responsibility of building Managerial Design into a globally respected consulting firm, creating a team of consultants who walk the talk of Managerial Design's values and operating principles.

Allison personifies the Managerial Design consultant: The Chameleon – strong and visible when required; quiet and low-key when appropriate; always personable, to the point and in control.

Allison's career has included progressive positions with a national retail chain in marketing, and a national advertising/marketing agency with senior strategic and client responsibilities. She joined Managerial Design in 1992.

Allison holds both Honors and Masters Degrees in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario (Ivey).
