Stephanie has an uncanny ability to connect with people - individuals and teams - at all stages of their development, and to help them address and find resolutions to the 'unsolvable', 'unspeakable' issues. Her previous career in the performing arts means she appreciates and encourages creative solutions. Extensive experience in aerospace, financial services, manufacturing, distribution, and more means she knows how to implement a vision and strategy to develop highly effective, results-oriented teams and organizations.

Stephanie has an Honours Bachelor of Music from the University of Western Ontario, and an M.B.A. from York University.
