3-D Managerial Effectiveness Seminar (MES)®

The 3-D Managerial Effectiveness Seminar (MES) is an intensive seminar using the principles of the late Peter Drucker and ground-breaking work of the late Dr. Bill Reddin in the areas of management style flexibility and situational sensitivity.

The MES is ideal for managers at all levels - leaders of organizations, leaders of departments and high potentials who will soon be in leadership positions.

What is exciting about this seminar is its long-term impact. Participants do not forget what they learned. Transference to the job is instantaneous and is sustained over time.
