Keilhauer's vision is to be the most responsive furniture company in the world. They are in the process of delivering against that vision.

Keilhauer opened for business as a small, family-run company in June, 1981. Since then, they have quadrupled in size. They design and manufacture office furniture in four plants and market through distribution and direct sales to commercial architects and the interior design industry across North America and in Europe.

From 'tom' chairs to full, office suite solutions, Keilhauer's combination of design creativity and environmental sensitivity is unique – as is their ability to respond to changing markets and design trends faster than any competitor.

Mike Keilhauer has been the President and CEO since the company's formation. He was first introduced to Managerial Design at a Young President's Organization (YPO) conference in Toronto in 1997.
